Prices are offered on an Agreement basis and subject to change, upon prior notification

Damaged products due to company's liability may be returend upon written agreement with the company.

Process, terms, method, shipping way for return is speified in Distribution Agreement.

All products are shipped to and from upon specified/selected with each Distributor.

The personal data you provide will be used for the purpose of preparing an offer or the provision of the service offered in accordance with Art. 6 (1) UAbs. 1 lit. b) GDPR collected, processed and used. The provision of your personal data is required for the preparation of the offer or the execution of the contract. In the case of non-provision, it is unfortunately not possible for us to make an offer or to allow the contractual relationship to come about. An automated decision-making is not made.

A transfer of your personal data to external third parties is generally not. If required by the company, external service providers as processors (Art. 28 GDPR) are involved in compliance with data protection regulations.

A transfer to a third country or an international organization of the personal data you provide does not take place and is not planned.

Your data will be stored with us for the duration of the offer or contractual relationship and furthermore until the statutory retention period ends.

According to Art. 15 GDPR, you are entitled to information about the processing of your personal data. 
In addition, you are free to assert your rights to rectification, deletion or, if deletion is not possible, processing restriction and data portability in accordance with Articles 16-18, 20 GDPR. Should you wish to avail yourself of this right, please contact our data protection officer.
